The technicians were on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended. When there was a complication, they made it right and stayed with the project until it was done well. Some months later, we had an issue with the elevator and needed emergency service. They were there within a few hours and got us running again. Highly recommended. They know what they're doing.

Brandon was phenomenal. When I first called (after 8p, expecting to get voicemail), Brandon talked with me for 15 minutes to patiently answer all my questions. The service visit was both educational and productive. He was able to fix a few things on the spot at no charge and talked me through my maintenance options. Highly recommend.

If you came here looking for a company to install and/or service your residential elevator because that other local company made your life a living hell, look no further! There's a reason Elevator Works has 5-star reviews across the board. Lynn, the office admin who schedules the techs, is extremely communicative and pleasant to work with. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a polite, professional expert to show up at my door. David, the tech who has worked on my elevator, provides excellent, knowledgeable, patient service. Today, he was able to recreate the condition causing us grief and immediately address it. It took less than an hour. Just night and day difference from that other company (If you're wondering, it's Area Access - STAY AWAY from them. Far far away.)
I only wish that Elevator Works had installed it, as we probably wouldn't have these issues to begin with. Sigh.
TLDR: hire these wonderful folks for any residential elevator needs!

Right on time, affable, knowledgeable, can't ask for more. Since the elevator workings are a mystery to me, I can't comment on the technical aspects.

Excellent communication service today by Elevator Works! They were prompt, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I had been looking around for an elevator service technician in Northern Virginia but was having difficulty getting in touch with the companies that pop up when you do a search for "elevator maintenance" in this area. Luckily, I happened to see a flyer from Elevator Works and they were able to get me scheduled right away. I highly recommend them to anyone in Northern Virginia looking for routine elevator maintenance.

Elevator Works was shockingly responsive, detailed, informative, and organized. They have and continue to provide outstanding service post installation. I plan to work with Elevator Works on a second chairlift installation this summer! I couldn't be happier with their work and how nice they are to interact with.

Absolutely perfect. A very fine product, very professionally installed. I could not be more pleased. The stair lifts are beautiful and custom made for our home. 2 separate lifts, installed in under a day. I'm so glad we decided to do this!
