This was our first visit by Elevator Works. Brandon and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and disabled the automatic gate so we can finally use our elevator until the new part is installed. They also thoroughly checked the rest of the system. After 8 years using another company, we finally feel confident about the safety and functionality of our elevator. We highly recommend Elevator Works.

My experience as a new customer with Elevator Works has been great. My elevator is not a brand they usually service. They went out of their way to get technical support from the manufacturer and an agreement to get parts if needed. Brandon has been very thorough going over the moving parts and Lynn in the office is a pleasure to deal with.

Technicians are top notch….service experiences have been responsive and on time.

If you came here looking for a company to install and/or service your residential elevator because that other local company made your life a living hell, look no further! There's a reason Elevator Works has 5-star reviews across the board. Lynn, the office admin who schedules the techs, is extremely communicative and pleasant to work with. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a polite, professional expert to show up at my door. David, the tech who has worked on my elevator, provides excellent, knowledgeable, patient service. Today, he was able to recreate the condition causing us grief and immediately address it. It took less than an hour. Just night and day difference from that other company (If you're wondering, it's Area Access - STAY AWAY from them. Far far away.)
I only wish that Elevator Works had installed it, as we probably wouldn't have these issues to begin with. Sigh.
TLDR: hire these wonderful folks for any residential elevator needs!

Right on time. Excellent and quick service on an older stairlift which was kind of a pain for him. Really nice technician. Fixed at a reasonable price also. Would recommend elevator works!!! Thanks a lot!!!! 5 stars!!!!

I would highly recommend Elevator Works. Very easy to schedule. Brandon the tech was very professional, explained everything in detail about the maintenance visit that was performed and left my elevator cab spotless!

Elevator Works came out to install a “kill switch”, at our request. (We were thinking it a safe decision for when our young grandchildren are here.

Expert service. Kind and careful technician. We would highly recommend this company. The service technicians could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They are gems. They kept in contact with me until they arrived and explained clearly what the service was they had performed and gave us extra tips and advice on how to care for our elevator.

Brandon and Oleg were a delight, conveying personal warmth and elevator expertise. It was a delight to watch them work. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for my first meeting with Elevator Works technicians!

David from Elevator Works did an excellent job replacing the junction board on our elevator. He arrived on time, was very polite, and explained everything clearly. The repair was completed efficiently, and the elevator has been working perfectly since. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely use Elevator Works again in the future.

The crew arrived exactly on time and they were ready to go. They put tarps on all floor areas and moved any furniture that was in proximity to the demolition project. The team was courteous, focused, professional and rapid. The old elevator was totally removed by early afternoon...ahead of schedule. They have my strongest possible endorsement.

The technicians were on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended. When there was a complication, they made it right and stayed with the project until it was done well. Some months later, we had an issue with the elevator and needed emergency service. They were there within a few hours and got us running again. Highly recommended. They know what they're doing.

Elevator Works came in and repaired our elevator which had been inspected by another elevator company a month ago and yet, the door mysteriously would not close so the elevator was unusable a month after the visit. Consequently, we now have a new elevator maintenance company - Elevator Works.

Brandon and Nick were very thorough and explained everything they were doing. I feel the elevator has been examined well and is operating fine.

Excellent service! I was overwhelmed by how well Elevator Work provided service for our home elevator, from the office secretary to the technician. After making and appointment I was kept up to date on the arrival time and was even sent a picture of the technician who was going to provide the service. I will continue to use this wonderful company.

Brandon was wonderful. Careful and a good communicator. Would definitely use Elevator Works again.

Honest, efficient and reasonably priced.

Brandon took time after assessments of our elevator to explain options. We felt the team took the time needed, no rushing. Prior to arrival, we received a courtesy call with arrival time. It was within scheduled window. Team was knowledgeable and competent.

Brandon was excellent. He was professional but very friendly.He took his time and explained everything.

Had an issue with the elevator - self inflicted - on a Saturday. Called and they were awesome and did a same day, weekend, repair - they truly go above and beyond, and are always honest, and take the time to explain the issue. Thanks guys!!
