Great, friendly and timely service!

They were on time and professional.

As you get older you greatly value good communication, and you quickly recognize people and companies that are honest and have integrity. This company checks those boxes as well as being very professional and fairly priced. This will be the only elevator company I will use for future needs.

Came early with heads up in advance. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Fixed the problem and checked the entire system to make sure everything was in order. Efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!

Technicians arrived on time and efficiently checked our system. At the end, shared details of their findings and explained what noise we might hear in the future as a part begins to wear out - and if that happens, give them a call. All good! Elevator continues to work with no issues after 9 years.

Ever since switching to Elevator Works from a company I won’t mention, my lifts have always worked great! At times in the past I’d be waiting months for parts, sometimes never getting a response, etc. These guys are what you need if reliability is an issue with your current vendor. Also, Brandon is probably one of the best technicians around for performing state inspections.

Efficient, informative, professional service

Fantastic company and pricing. We called them in for a second opinion as our existing elevator maintenance company had quoted an insane price for just diagnosing an issue. Elevator Works’ hourly rate was half the price and they diagnosed it for less than 1/10th the cost. Tech was wonderful to deal with, knowledgeable and respectful and efficient. We have an older system and he made sure we were aware of risks related to that to ensure our safety. We will be using them for the repair and/or replacement system and cancelling our contract with the other company.

Rescheduled and came earlier, very helpful instructions to avoid problem recurring. Good follow-up.

Efficient, thorough and polite

Tyler arrived with his cheerful greeting. He diagnosed our issue quickly and patiently demonstrated to my hisband and to me how to correct with a reset. While here ,Tyler noticed the top of according door was moving with difficulty. Without being asked Tyler took the initiative to lubricate and work the door until it moved effortlessly. Since our new elevator is waiting for interior trim work from another contractor, Tyler offered to contact them. My husband and I have been very happy with Tyler's expert contribution to the installation of our new elevator, his patient instruction, self depricating humor and how he highlights the great work being done by his coworkers. It is apparent Tyler likes what he does and enjoys his work with Elevator Works. We highly recommend this company. If you are lucky, Tyler will be the one arriving to assist you.

This was our first visit by Elevator Works. Brandon and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and disabled the automatic gate so we can finally use our elevator until the new part is installed. They also thoroughly checked the rest of the system. After 8 years using another company, we finally feel confident about the safety and functionality of our elevator. We highly recommend Elevator Works.

My experience as a new customer with Elevator Works has been great. My elevator is not a brand they usually service. They went out of their way to get technical support from the manufacturer and an agreement to get parts if needed. Brandon has been very thorough going over the moving parts and Lynn in the office is a pleasure to deal with.

If you came here looking for a company to install and/or service your residential elevator because that other local company made your life a living hell, look no further! There's a reason Elevator Works has 5-star reviews across the board. Lynn, the office admin who schedules the techs, is extremely communicative and pleasant to work with. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a polite, professional expert to show up at my door. David, the tech who has worked on my elevator, provides excellent, knowledgeable, patient service. Today, he was able to recreate the condition causing us grief and immediately address it. It took less than an hour. Just night and day difference from that other company (If you're wondering, it's Area Access - STAY AWAY from them. Far far away.) I only wish that Elevator Works had installed it, as we probably wouldn't have these issues to begin with. Sigh. TLDR: hire these wonderful folks for any residential elevator needs! Update Feb 2, 2026: still awesome.

Right on time. Excellent and quick service on an older stairlift which was kind of a pain for him. Really nice technician. Fixed at a reasonable price also. Would recommend elevator works!!! Thanks a lot!!!! 5 stars!!!!

Elevator Works came out to install a “kill switch”, at our request. (We were thinking it a safe decision for when our young grandchildren are here.
