It was the most positive experience I’ve had with an elevator company and validates my choice. The technicians, Brandon and Nick, were professional, polite and transparent. The service arranger, Lynn, was likewise.
Expert service. Kind and careful technician. We would highly recommend this company. The service technicians could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They are gems. They kept in contact with me until they arrived and explained clearly what the service was they had performed and gave us extra tips and advice on how to care for our elevator.

Wow what a present surprise!!went on Google found Elevator works ,they sent Brian (thank God) and finally after ten years and hundreds of fuses and also getting stuck in the elevator I finally feel safe and secure!! It’s nice to have gotten lucky with Brian(he takes pride in his work and is intelligent oh”and he doesn’t give up” also they give you a fair shake ! They don’t go for the jugglier vain!! Everything was perfect. The guys were very professional and helpful with learning how to use the stair lift. Would highly recommend the company.
The repairman came, was professional and efficient. Fifteen minutes at $295 was very steep for my elderly widowed mother trying to survive on SS. My sons saw what the repairman did, which was helpful, so hopefully if this happens again, they can take care of it. The office staff was a pleasure also to work with via telephone.

The speed in which we were able to fix the lift is due to the fact that we have licensed, trained elevator technicians who have over 10 years experience in the field. We usually are able to respond to service calls same day and offer great customer service. We had Elevator Works install an outside enclosed chair lift/ elevator. Great communicators, answered every question, came out to the house several times and were super helpful throughout the process. Most importantly the installation process and crew were terrific. The weather didn’t always cooperate and these guys were meticulous in their work until it was just right. Can’t recommend them enough.

Prompt, pleasant service tech went right to work and deduced problems with my lift. Took care of a few things that he had parts & tech for. Received an email later the same day (Friday) explaining the details of the order for necessary parts. Great first encounter with Elevator Works!
